MICROSCOPE, 1900's

Simple brass microscope, still in excellent working order, the wooden box is very basic.

  • My father bought one for £5 from the local antique shop when I was a boy. It's a lovely instrument by Thompson & Co, 65 Lord St Liverpool. It came with a selection of fascinating slides from South Pacific Ocean Diatoms to Human Fleas!
