HMV MODEL 1121 WIRELESS, 1950

The HMV model 1121 is a 4-band five valve (including the rectifier) Superhet set operating from AC mains. The bands are MW LW and two short wave bands which are 50-187m and 16-50 metres. Two export versions were available each with five wave bands; these were the 5111 and 5112 models having no LW band and extra short wave bands. The valves used are:- X78 - W77 - DH77 - KT61 and U10. In September 1950 was £23-02-00d Plus Purchase Tax.
